Andrew Geisel, PE

Project Manager, Office Manager

Drew Geisel, PE has experience in all stages of project development from design to construction management to construction inspection and closeout. His design experience is the most extensive including multiple shared-use paths, roundabouts, intersection improvements, streetscapes, local road extensions, and resurfacing for all functional classifications of roadways. These projects include many complicated traffic control plans, various safety improvements, drainage improvements, signalization upgrades and design improvements, roadway realignments and capacity additions, permitting, quality control, and project delivery. In addition to roadway design, Drew has also spent time in site design, developing plans that include project layout, stormwater retention ponds, utility layout and design as well as project management, coordination, and permitting.

Drew has a wide range of exposure to the various aspects of the civil engineering field, which positively paints his design process: aiding in anticipating conflicts, understanding constructability, and relating to a wide variety of personality types.His project roles include Roadway Design, TTCP Design, Stormwater Design, Drainage Design, Transportation Engineer, Roadway Engineer of Record, Shared-Use Path Engineer of Record, Site Engineer of Record, Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Resident Site Representative (CEI), and Field Engineer.

In his free time, Drew enjoys surfing, ultimate frisbee, spending time with friends, doing any kind of outdoor activities, and exploring anything he can find.
